I would like to write a weekly blog about coding pearls/tips which will translate into increased provider confidence when choosing a level of service. 1st coding pearl is; if you document an independent historian was used to elicit part or all of the history for the patient, this will meet the criteria for "low" level 3 complexity of data every time!
